As a result, we established a 24-hour Independent Third-Party Hotline system that not only helps to win workers’ trust but also helps to manage the risks associated with ethical recruitment.

Our Independent Third-Party Hotline scheme has been an important step in helping employees throughout the hiring process in order to make them conscious of the no-cost hiring and fair dealing, as a result of which employees can now anonymously report any potential fraud, ethics violations, and other issues to our Hotline number. Our Helpline also serves as a whistleblower hotline, enabling employees to feel secured in filing a report because they are less common and generally and hence face punishment.
