Pre-Departure Training

Our Pre-Departure Training is designed to prepare departing employees to provide knowledge about the destination country. Prior to departure, we have provided pre-departure training and pre-employment counseling to employees to ensure that they are consistent with the company’s objectives and that they can acclimatize to the new environment and perform successfully.

Our pre-departure training’s major goal is to prepare workers to adjust to the changing, psychological, economic, and social problems they will encounter in their foreign land.
