DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR RECRUITING PROCEDURE for SAUDI
According to Nepal government, we should maintain certain formalities before completion pre and final approval from Labor Department. Employer or recruiter should be verified following documents in recruiting procedure for Saudi:
1. Demand letter
2. Employment contract
3. Power of attorney
4. Inter party recruitment agreement
5. Letter of guarantee
6. Application for guarantee and undertaking
Note : All documents should be attested from chamber of commerce.

We go through the following recruitment procedures:
Step – 1: Demand of Workers
After receiving all the original legal documents (DemandLetter, Power of Attorney, Employment Contract, Guarantee Letter and Agency Agreement) produced by employer we will submit to Labor Department of Nepal for the permission of recruitment.
Step – 2-: Advertisement
After getting approval of workers demand from Labor Department we advertise it in national daily newspaper that allows us to start recruiting workers.
Step – 3: Selection and Trade/Technical test
We maintain an up-to-date data bank of potential candidates with full information on their skills, academic qualification, technical and trade qualification, experiences etc. Our expert team screens the sort-listed candidates by pre-interview. The final interview for the sort-listed candidates after pre screening can be conducted by the employer or his representative or by us taking oral, writing and practical test. The selection is made purely on merit basis giving equal opportunities to all. We also undertake practical trade test at the technical training school if required under the observation of our selection committee. Companies can
select the employees directly by an interview and practical test at office.
Step – 5: Medical Check up
Only selected candidates are sent to an authorized hospital or clinic for full medical examination. The candidates who are medically and physically fit for employment will be eligible to sign the employment contract.
Step – 6: Orientation
After receiving employment visa and job offer letter, the orientation briefing is organized to make all works fully aware of the employment company, country’s law and orders, labor law, immigration policies and maintaining understanding and cordial relation between employer and employee. The orientation class takes special care in briefing them to strictly abide by the guidelines in the field of their employment and direct them to maintain good working relationships and motives them to do their

Step – 7: Travelling Arrangement
In all cases, we send all the visa endorsements and passports to the concerned airlines to confirm the flight schedule from Nepal to nearest airport of the working country. PTA may be sent to airlines updating from Kathmandu under intimation to us. PTA may be send to any airlines updating from Kathmandu under intimation to us.
Step – 8: Mobilization
Prior to their departure, we make them the affidavit to be signed between the worker and recruitment agency. This also includes handling over all the documents (Original Passport, air ticket, orientation certificate along with orientation book) to the employee.
