Requirement Process

Information Desk:
TRENDWAY INTERNATIONAL Pvt. Ltd. offers its services for its clients from its main ‘Information Desk’ from where all relevant information can be obtained. Moreover, the main registration is also carried out and the data bank well maintained. This serves as a good information system for the company and helps in updating the job seekers record on a regular basis, where individual’s record is stored and can be provided upon request as per the requirement from our valued employers.

Each and every department of TRENDWAY INTERNATIONAL Pvt. Ltd. is fully computerized and networked entirely to provide our clients prompt and precise service. Our staff members are trained and always ready to assist our clients by providing quality service.

Advertisement In Daily Newspapers:
The recruitment company apply with Department of Labour Nepal for authorization. The Department of Labour then grants permission after being satisfied about the credibility of the demand and ascertain that the terms and conditions offered are in conformity with government regulations. The permission letter allows the recruiting company to advertise the demand in local and national newspapers and also allows commencing of the recruiting process.

Selection Of Candidates:
TRENDWAY INTERNATIONAL Pvt. Ltd. maintains an up-to-date ‘data bank’ of potential candidates with full Information on his/her qualifications, skills and experience. We at TRENDWAY INTERNATIONAL Pvt. Ltd. also verify the credentials of candidates on behalf of clients. The final interview is done by
representatives of recruiting companies or by     us on their behalf The selection is made purely
on merit basis and not on racial, secretarial or considered action. We are confident that the personnel selected by our selection committee will fulfill the employers need and earn the respect and appreciation from the employer.

Trade Test
Practical trade test will conducted at a technical training institute for those with technical skills. If the employing company desires to choose candidates by oral interview and the same can be done at our office either by company representative or by our selection committee on behalf of the employer/client.

Medical Check-up

Selected candidates are sent to an authorized clinic or hospital for a full medical examination. Only candidates declared physically and medically fit for employment are eligible to sign the employment contract.

Prior to departure of selected candidates, an orientation briefing is organized by TRENDWAY INTERNATIONAL Pvt. Ltd. to impart knowledge of the company’s philosophy. the country’s labour policies, law and order status and immigration procedures so that the employees are fully aware and understand the conditions prevailing there so that they do not feel alienated and are in an easy frame of mind to start work with full enthusiasm . The Orientation takes special sale in bi iefing them to strictly abide by the guidelines of the employment company and country and direct them to maintain good behavior and work ethics and motivate them to disperse their duties and responsibilities faithfully and honestly.

Travelling Arrangements
As a policy of TRENDWAY INTERNATIONAL Pvt. Ltd.. we send all passports and visa endorsement copies to the concerned airlines and confirm the scheduled flight from Nepal to the destination airport. PTA may be sent to the concerned airlines from Kathmandu under intimation to us.
