ZERO COST RECRUITMENT POLICY
All transportation, lodging & fooding costs for workers to come from their hometown to Agency office(Kathmandu) are borne by the employer/company as per RBA Code. Selected candidates are been provided with coupons by our Agency through which candidates can coordinate with our state representatives and use these services on free of cost.
After completion of interview, the return of workers from Kathmandu to Hometown are borne by the employer as per RBA Code for which candidates can coordinate with our state representatives and use these services on free of cost.
Workers are promptly reimbursed for the passport making fees they have paid, with documentry evidence are promptly reimbursed back.
All of these costs for selected workers are borne by the employer/company as per RBA Code. Candidates are been provided with coupons by our Agency through which candidates can coordinate with our state representatives and use these services on free of cost.
The Agency does not provide workers or applicants with personal loans for which the repayment schedule might result in debt bondage or forced labor.
All related expenses are borne by Employer/Company (only for selected workers) as per RBA Code so the workers will not be charged.
As per Nepal government rules, an outbound workers should have a mandatory bank account in Nepal before departure. As per RBA Code, the Employers shall deposit workers salary into their local bank account. Workers have full control of withdrawals from their bank accounts.
All these following expenses are not paid by the workers – Transportation from their hometown to employer facility, cost of repatriation (return transporatation and fees, including government levy) inclusive of completion of the employment contract or early termination of the employment contract with adequate notice as per RBA Code.
