Yes, Trendway International exclusively recruits workers under the Employer Pays model, which means no fees are charged to the workers for recruitment. Employers cover all recruitment costs, including interviews, departure, and any additional fees, ensuring job seekers can access career opportunities at no charge.
Q. How do I apply for jobs through your agency?

Q. Where can I find your ongoing vacancies for recruitment?
We post approved vacancies in national daily newspapers, on our website, and on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/trendwayinternational/. You can check any of these platforms that are most convenient for you, and reach out to us if you’d like to proceed with any opportunities.
Q. Do you work with all industries?
Yes, we work across a variety of industries, including but not limited to technology, construction, hospitality, agriculture, marketing, and manufacturing. We aim to help you find the right opportunities in the field that suits your skills and interests.
Q. How long does the recruitment process take?
The recruitment timeline can vary depending on the specific role and employer. However, we typically aim to complete recruitment process within 3-4 weeks.
Q. Do you conduct interviews before processing an applicant?
Yes, the employer company conducts an interview to assess your experience, career goals, preferences, and to ensure you meet the required criteria for the position.
Q. Will you support me during the interview process?
Absolutely! We provide interview briefings and pre-departure orientations to help you better understand the process. We are here to guide you every step of the way to ensure you are fully prepared.
Q. How will I know if I’ve been selected for a job interview?
We will notify you promptly via phone call and SMS if you’ve been selected for an interview. You will receive the guidance and assisted to move forward with the next step.
Q. Do you offer any post-placement support?
Yes, we provide ongoing support even after your placement in Malaysia. We want to ensure you’re satisfied with your placement and will offer advice or check in with you to ensure everything is going smoothly.
Q. How do I get started with your agency?
Simply reach out to us through our website or contact us directly to schedule an initial consultation. From there, we’ll assist you in getting set up for the recruitment process.
Q. Do I need to have a passport before applying for a vacancy?
Yes, we encourage you to have a passport before applying, as not having one could cause delays in the subsequent steps of the process. However, if you do not have a passport already, you can apply for one after selection, though we do require your passport details for visa processing.
Q. Where do I reach if I am not satisfied with any of your services and want to report a complaint?
You can reach out to our grievance officer. We have multiple channels for grievance reporting, including grievance boxes where you can drop your complaints, meeting our grievance officer in person, calling our 24/7 helpline number +977-9869135666, or sending an email to grievance.trendwayinternational@gmail.com. You will receive a response from our grievance officer within 24 hours of submitting your complaint.
Q. What if I face retaliation after reporting a grievance? Does this affect my recruitment process?
We ensure that the identity of the grievant is kept confidential throughout the remedy process. If you wish, your identity will not be disclosed. Rest assured, your recruitment process will not be affected by reporting a grievance.
